Sunsets over the Pacific, the call of toucans to greet you in the morning, and days filled with the rich tapestry of Costa Rican culture and adventure – this is the essence of Costa Rican living. Set on an elevated terrace overlooking the ocean, each of the 21 villas in this exclusive community is nestled in the emerald rainforest with expansive views of the ocean.
The villas are part of the private, gated villa community located on the bluffs overlooking the San Martin beach. They have easy access to beach national parks, dining, entertainment and shopping, lush natural landscaping, paver brick interior roads, and view corridors protected by adjacent rainforest preserves.
Homes in the Terraces San Martin have alarm system, recessed LED lighting, glass shower enclosures, private storage units, energy-efficient, and fan-coil A/C system.
It is a lifestyle that gives you the luxuries and conveniences of a secure gated community, with the freedom to revel in the best of Costa Rica living whenever you wish.
